Originally from Capistrano Beach, California, Laurel made Prescott her home in 2001 and has developed extensive knowledge of the local market. Her background in interior design and construction allows her to help clients see a property's full potential, whether purchasing an existing home, building from the ground up, or preparing a home for sale. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Laurel specializes in new construction sales and works closely with Reserve Homes to help clients create homes that fit their lifestyle, vision, and investment goals.

George Rothfuss II is an accomplished builder, developer, and real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction throughout Northern Arizona. As the owner of Reserve Builders, LLC since 2011, George has overseen the development and construction of numerous successful residential communities, including The Reserve at Willow Hills, Mingus West, Willow Lake Villas, Prescott Lakes, The Dells, and Talking Rock Ranch. His commercial portfolio includes the Amtrust Bank Building, Checker Auto Plaza (now O'Reilly Auto Parts), and the Prescott Airpark Distribution Center for Western Newspapers. Having supervised the construction of more than 200 homes, George offers clients invaluable expertise in construction quality, land development, and investment opportunities.
